THE WHOLE ENCHILADA “WIN A TRIP TO CABO” SWEEPSTAKES

No purchase necessary, must be 18 years of age or older to enter. All entries must be received before November 10th, 2006.

THE PRIZE
1. Four (4) days, three (3) nights trip to Cabo San Lucas. Includes: A three-night double occupancy stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Air travel for two from LAX to Cabo San Lucas and $500 spending money. Total prize value: $2450.00

2. In the event that the winner does not respond or denies the prize, the prize will be forfeited. Sweepstakes prize is not transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

3. Participants may enter more than once. Employees and immediate family members of The Whole Enchilada and R&M Food Service are not eligible.

4. Winner must request their travel dates 30 days prior to travel. Note that requests do not imply confirmation. Prize is based on space availability at the time of request.

5. Prize does not include personal incidentals such as phone calls, car rental or excursions. A credit card may be required by the hotel at check-in to cover such incidentals.

6. The passengers are responsible for having the proper documentation to travel to Mexico according to the Department of State.

7. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of The Whole Enchilada and R&M Food Service.
